Les Turds - I Saw Elvis

Most of the bands on Recess were "discovered" while on an FYP tour. We'd show up to a show and here's this great band we're playing with. We hang out, have fun and that's that. The Turds we're no exception. We first played with them in Lee's trailer in Biloxi,MS. It was real trailer (not even double-wide!) that this guy Lee did shows in. When we showed up early we'd go next door and Lee's parents would cook us food. It was one of our most anticipated regular tour stops. The Turds blew me away that night. They reminded me of Blatz ,and I was a huge fan of them, but more in-your-face. I thought they we're all mental. Still don't know if they are not. Some of the funnest and funniest moments came when they were around. Brian was shot and killed by some useless pieces of wasted sperm a few years ago while walking his dog. It still pisses me off and saddens me on how senseless this was.
